As the legend goes, if he does, it’s time for you to think about some more tummy-warming dishes like recipes for steaming bowls of hearty soups, or bubblin’ hot casseroles or maybe a big pot of chili. But, if he doesn’t see his shadow – then an early spring is on its way, and lighter recipes like your favorite skillet dishes or main dish salads – all those “keep the kitchen cool” meals can be looked forward to.
