Amazing Egg Breakfasts in the Microwave

If you’ve never cooked eggs in the microwave, you’re missing out.

I make eggs in the microwave all the time — probably at least twice a week. It’s an easy, fast way to get your protein in the morning without having to worry about dirtying any pots and pans. What you cook in is usually what you’re eating out of, so it’s a truly one-pot meal!

We love microwavable egg breakfasts so much that we’re featuring one of our favorite ideas on today’s TV show. That’s Breakfast Pizza Scramble to the right, and it’s one of my favorite recipes, for sure!

I love it because you can throw in your own favorite “toppings” and make it your own. My favorite ingredients to add are mushrooms, spinach, and mozzarella. What would you add?
